How to Pick Up Girls

Any guy who knows how to pick up girls is aware of the importance of making a good impression.  The first vibe that a woman gets from your first conversation will form the basis of all your future dealings with her.

After all, the first thing that you say or do will tell women what kind of personality you have.

For instance, imagine centering your first conversation on NEGATIVE topics like your horrible workday or that psycho ex-girlfriend of yours.  She’ll probably associate your presence with depressing thoughts and end up avoiding you in the future!

Obviously, this is NOT how to pick up girls.

To create a positive first impression, keep a couple of important tips in mind:

#1:  Be a good listener!

Sounds simple enough, right?  Sadly though, some guys only PRETEND to listen while their minds are busy coming up with a witty response.

Consequently, they’ll appear aloof, distracted and basically INDIFFERENT about their date’s feelings or opinions.

Knowing how to pick up girls begins with the simple fact that women appreciate it when you’re interested in what they have to say.  When you listen to her, you’ll have a better chance to give a relevant response that will RESONATE with her!

When you’re having a conversation with another guy, it’s usually standard practice to start talking even if your pal isn’t done saying his piece.  That’s because it’s masculine nature to compete with other men, even if they’re your friends.

However, you have to change this approach by pacing yourself and letting her talk before you contribute to the conversation.  In her eyes, it’s just good manners to show a genuine interest in the other person’s thoughts.

#2:  Don’t forget the questions

This is actually an extension of our first tip.  The purpose of listening isn’t just about giving importance to her insights.  The information you’ve gleaned from her also allows you to ask questions that are close to her heart.

You don’t have to fire them off one after the other as if you were interrogating her.  However, it does matter that you show interest by making relevant inquiries about what she just said.

For instance, if a woman you just met was telling you about the time she got out of a difficult situation, tell her, “So what was that like?”

Women in general have an easier time establishing rapport on an emotional level.  Thus, asking about her feelings during a given time is a great way to kick off an absorbing conversation.

Besides, she’s going to get tired if you only talked about yourself.  Do your part by allowing her the pleasure of being asked about stuff that she likes.

Giving your undivided attention is one of the simplest but most effective ways to generate attraction.  Focusing on a woman makes her feel special, and she’ll inevitably associate all those good feelings with you.

This makes for a killer first impression – the next time you come around, she’ll remember how good she felt the last time you talked.

The best part is that you won’t look like you’re going over the top to make her like you.  So really, getting women interested in you can be done by showing INTEREST in them FIRST!
